Jo Green’s Garden Cafe & Upper Deck is a restaurant/pub overlooking the Town Docks.  The entrance is located on the side of building towards Dockside St – the second floor is the Garden Cafe and the third floor is the Upper Deck which has more of a pub atmosphere.  Both floors have large balconies with seating that give a birds-eye view of the town docks.
