The Wright Museum is an incredibly well-done museum and well worth a visit on your trip to Wolfeboro. It chronicles the time of World War II with lots of artifacts, photographs, and interactive movies and displays. Points of note include re-creations of a period living room, kitchen, and service station, a walk-through timeline, and probably the most exciting exhibit – a room full of period tanks, jeeps, military vehicles, and even a plane suspended from the ceiling. The Wright Museum is a wonderful and inspiring place to visit for all ages.
