Bikes in Summer, Skis in Winter, Same Family Since 1972
The Nordic Skier started when Verna and Cal Flagg opened a Nordic ski specialty shop and trail system in Wolfeboro in 1972. The same family still runs it. The shop is now a full bike shop and repair bench plus a large clothing floor, and it remains headquarters for the Wolfeboro Cross Country Ski Association and its trail system.
If you want a bike for the Cotton Valley Rail Trail, a ski tune before a cold weekend, or clothing that actually works outside, this is the stop on North Main Street. Call or email if you are looking for a specific bike or part. The Country Bookseller and Bricks at the Lake are a short walk down the same street.
